Currently we only ship domestically in the United States.

Shipping Rates are based on your location from San Diego, CA.

PROCESSING TIME

The order processing normally takes 24 hours, but might take up to 3-5 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

DELAYS

In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS.

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

If your order has been shipped using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information.

  • 99% of our orders leave the warehouse between 1 to 2 days after the order has been placed.

  • Full priced Game Kits may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please send back the item and email us to let us know at hello@blimeybox.com
  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
  • Items marked down in price:
    • Purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code may be exchanged for a similar item or for online store credit only.
    • If purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.
  • We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks on any of our products.
