Tips to Avoid Getting Locked Out
Getting locked out is frustrating. It happens when you rush or get distracted. Slow down and double-check.
Here’s how to prevent it:
-
Reset all locks to 0 (or M-A-T-C-H) immediately after each game.
This way you always start from a known setting. -
Test every lock before attaching it to the box.
Close it. Reopen it. Make sure it works. -
Don’t let kids play with the locks once they’re open.
They can accidentally reset them. -
Stay focused during setup.
Even one wrong number can lock you out.
